Not-So-Summery-OOTD

So, where I live, summer isn't really summer. The skies are dull and most days it rains.

It sucks, I know.

But I think that this outfit is summer-y but still keeps me warm in the cold weather.

Dress: New look, £10

Necklace: Topshop, £12

Ring: O'Carrols: £30

Shoes: Forever 21, $25

I love this plain dress as I can dress it up or down and its such a wardrobe essential!
